There's Too Much to Do!

by T.C.
(St Ives, England)

I'm not systematic, or naturally very organized about ensuring my work all gets done, but I cope better with the feelings of stress and anxiety that used to overwhelm me.

What changes have I made to cope better?

  • I take notice when I feel anxious, and I try to look at it's cause.

  • I try to prioritize ruthlessly and tell myself that I make the best choices I can - I justify them to myself.

  • I stay aware of the threat of ego - how I can easily spend time doing things that satisfy my ego, but not my well being.
