About Me

I'm Tim Wilson, the creator of time-management-success.com. I hope you find it useful!

Tim Wilson Better use of time is something I’ve been fascinated with throughout my life. As the years passed, I became increasingly aware of my interest. Making the most of each day became a constant priority. I thought about it. I learnt about it, picking up skills, tips and techniques. I practised, adapted and refined them to suit my circumstances…

…and I passed it on.

As an experienced teacher in a large 11-18 school in Cambridgeshire, England, I found I was increasingly focusing on Time Management. Helping young people to value and use their time better became a priority.

I also qualified as a Life Coach, a role I was already performing, but one that I wanted to learn to offer really effectively. Working with people on an individual basis has allowed me to experience the power of one to one coaching first hand.

It gradually dawned on me that everybody could benefit from better time management. One to one and group work were, and are, vital for time management success; but I also wanted to reach a wider audience. The result? You’re reading it! The articles on this website are, and will always be, free for your personal use and benefit.

So, how do I use my time?

Well, being a husband and a father are priorities for me. My best friend is my wife, Sarah. We have three beautiful children who make sure my time management skills are tested fully each day!

I also love, in no particular order; music (I play drums), football (soccer), cricket, reading, writing, hill-walking, meals with family and friends (particularly Indian food), getting up early, teaching, coaching and travel. My faith underpins everything I do - becoming a Christian back in 1989, has, without a doubt, had the single biggest effect on my approach to my life and time.

Anyway, the purpose of this website is to help you improve your time management. I sincerely hope that you'll value and apply what you read here to know and do what matters.

Best wishes,
